96X’s Second East Texas Takeover is in the Books

It has been a great second edition of 96x's East Texas Takeover. This was a chance for local East Texas bands to get their names out there and compete for the chance to get their song on the radio.

Though while some won and some lost, all the bands that competed were great. If you missed the four rounds of competition, make sure to look back through. The music and links will stay up so you can get to know East Texas' local bands a little bit better.

The overall popularity vote was Victims of Sanity. Listen in Tuesday (Nov. 27) around 1pm to hear their song 'Devil' on 96x the Rock of East Texas.
