Telling a person to lift massive amounts of weight or to jog on a moving conveyor belt would be considered terrible ideas. Unless you explain the health benefits. Then they are all in! People are more than willing to do dumb things in the name of “exercise.”
The problem is there are way too many people working out improperly. Sadly, there aren’t enough juiced trainers and fitness bunnies to teach the world the proper way to squat. So, you get things like, these videos of people who are very bad at working out.
Perhaps future generations will be better at exercising using proper form and technique.
